The Mission
This Montreal company (that will remain nameless for now) is on a quest to concur new markets with the introduction of a ground-breaking product that will address the rise of urban mobility.

During a one-day executive innovation experience, this Montreal Company and SAP gained inspiration from design thinking activities and explored potential new business models that would reinvent the retail experience. As a group, we envisioned numerous ideas, ultimately leading to two concepts that would further strengthen this Montreal companies  strategy. Ultimately from this design-thinking-workshop I was able to create a prototype to begin to communicate what the application could look like.
Here are some ideas, tech, and other areas we considered.

We spent a lot of our efforts on exploring and redefining what it means to get from A to B.

• Can we include people or learnings during the process?
• Can scenic routes be worth the extra 10 min out of the way to work?
 • Are my friends headed in the same direction?

" Life's a journey, not a destination. "
What's a riders commuting look like?

Could other apps influence the ride schedule?

Could the rider see other riders?

Could other riders influence me?

Next stop, the Future!

Had a blast working with this customer. So knowledgable, and enjoyed every second of our workshop.
