Challenge
Create an app that utilizes pigs hydration data that can inform Farmers or Vets of irregular behaviors.
A 3 day concept to try an tell a story around pig hydration data. What could we do with it and how could we make this data meaningful.
Background & IoT Vision
There have been correlations between animals that have strange hydration behaviors and sickness.
10% of Pigs die before harvesting.
A Farm is a facility, a facility has 3-6 barns, each barn has 10-15 pens.
IoT Vision- use cameras to uniquely ID Pigs and use a spicket sensor to track water amounts drankin.
My Initial thoughts...
1. Can we connect the farmers and vets? What would that look like?
2. Of 10 million pigs, how do users prioritize?
3. When we find a sick pig whats that lifecycle look like from beginning to end?

Animal profiles focus in one one particular animal, whether your the farmer , or the vet.
